As Athena and Odysseus walked through the streets of Sparta a man walked up to them, "outsider's are not allowed in Sparta!" Said the man. "Do you know who I am?" Said Athena as her little owl suddenly appeared and perched itself on her shoulder, "forgive me almighty goddess Athena, you are always welcome to Sparta" said the man, "thank you mortal" said Athena.
"Who are you?" Asked the man as he looked at Odysseus, "I am Odysseus, who are you?" he said, "I am Acastus, you are not a god, you must leave Sparta" said the man. "Odysseus is with me.." said Athena in a lower tone of voice as she looked down pon Acastus,"yes goddess as you wish" said Acastus, "we are passing through Sparta on our journey" said Athena.
"Take as much time as you need, I must get to the training field, goodbye" said Acastus, a few moments later Acastus ran towards the training field and continued his training. "Let us travel onwards" said Athena, a moment later Athena and Odysseus continued to walk through the streets of Sparta and headed towards the city gates, suddenly Odysseus stopped and stood still.
"I would like to go home and rest my love" said Odysseus, "so soon my love?" said Athena, "yes, being locked in that cell back at the cave of dread has tired me" said Odysseus. "Very well my love, I shall send you home" said Athena, Odysseus held Athena's hand and kissed her, "thank you my love" said Odysseus, "I shall see you again my love" said Athena, a few seconds later Athena used her power's and transported Odysseus home.
"Hmm shall I continue onwards on my journey or return to Olympus?" thought Athena as she left Sparta behind her, a few minutes later Athena's little owl flew away back to Olympus, Athena now travelled onwards alone towards her next destination. A few hours later after walking through field's and apple orchard's Athena had arrived at a river, she stood there and looked at her reflection in the water.
"Hmm I think I shall continue my journey a little longer" thought Athena, a short time later a burst of pink light flashed on the other side of the river. Athena looked up and saw Aphrodite standing there, her long blonde hair and pink dress flowing in the gentle breeze and her blue eyes glimmering in the light, "what are you doing here Aphrodite?" Said Athena in a lower tone of voice.
Then suddenly a burst of gold light flashed beside Aphrodite and Hermes appeared, "Father asked me to give you a message" said Hermes, "why did he not come himself?" Athena asked, "he is to busy at Olympus sister" said Aphrodite. "Very well, what is his message?" Asked Athena, "he want's you to assist Hercules?" Said Hermes, "hmm I am sure Hercules can manage by himself" said Athena.
"Hercules is in danger, he is under attack from a group of giant's and a dragon!" Said Aphrodite and Hermes, "i see, where is Hercules now?" Asked Athena. "He is at Delphi" said Hermes, "very well, I shall go now" said Athena, seconds later Hermes and Aphrodite had returned to Olympus and Athena transported herself to Delphi, moments after arriving at Delphi Athena saw her Hercules under attack from the giant's and the dragon.
"I must help Hercules!" Said Athena as she drew her sword and grabbed her shield.
