As Athena, Odysseus and Apollo got closer towards the city they heard a scream, ahead of them was a man wearing a long red velvet robe with a gold design and collar. Athena, Odysseus and Apollo lay down in the thick red grass to avoid detection, the man in front of them lay on the ground as two other men appeared, "do not try to run Adrius or your punishment shall be more severe" said one of the men with a strange weapon.
A few moments later the man in the red robe stood up and tried to run, "ZAP!!", the man with the weapon fired an energy blast and shot Adrius down. Athena, Odysseus and Apollo watched silently as Adrius's hands and face began to glow in a golden colour, the second man with a strange device began talking, "punishment delivered, regeneration in progress" he said.
Golden energy burst from Adrius's face and hands and his body began to change, moments later the golden energy burst had faded and the regeneration was complete. Athena, Odysseus and Apollo could not believe their eyes, the man called Adrius looked completely different and had transformed into a female, "regeneration complete" said the man with the strange device.
Adrius stood up and brushed her robe, "this outfit is a little big, what happened.." said Adrius, "you tried to escape your punishment sir, I mean ma'am" said the man with the gun. Adrius's look and personality had completely changed, Adrius's hair had changed from black to red and the eyes had changed from green to brown, "so I am a female, this is new!" Said Adrius.
"We must get back to the citadel ma'am" said one of the men, a few moments later the two men and the newly regenerated Adrius headed towards the glass domed city. After they had gone Athena, Odysseus and Apollo stood up again walked quickly through the thick red grass towards the citadel, a few minutes later they reached the entrance and swiftly moved out of sight of the two men guarding the entrance.
"I cannot believe what we just saw" said Athena, "a man regenerated his entire body and became a woman, this is a strange world" said Odysseus. "The sooner we find another gateway the sooner we can get back to our own world" said Apollo, "hmm I wonder if your power's will work here.." whispered Odysseus, "let us try!" Said Apollo, seconds later Apollo vanished and then reappeared inside the city.
"Let us go my love" said Athena, seconds later Athena had transported Odysseus and herself inside the city and stood next to Apollo. "We must get out of sight quickly" said Athena, Odysseus, Apollo and Athena moved swiftly and stood in the shadows of an alley beside a large golden tower, the golden tower's inside the citadel glimmered in the light as the two sun's shone through the glass dome.
"We must find another gateway, there must be one here somewhere" said Odysseus, "the gateway will be invisible like the other one, it could be anywhere" said Apollo. "Hmm the gateway we came through shimmered when I moved closer to it, maybe they do that in a presence of us god's" said Athena, "yes that may be right Athena" said Apollo, "but where shall we look?" Asked Odysseus.
"Hmm I wonder.." said Apollo, "we shall check the largest golden tower, I have a feeling we may find it there" said Athena. "Let us go quickly before we get seen, and stay in the shadows!" Said Athena, a few moments later Athena, Odysseus and Apollo moved through the shadows as they walked through the streets of the strange city, several minutes later they had reached the largest golden tower and watched from the shadows.
"Look more guard's" whispered Odysseus, "we must get inside that tower!" Said Apollo, a few minutes later a man walked up to the two guard's. The man and the two guard's walked to the side of the tower and began talking, "now is our chance we must go now!" Whispered Athena, moments later Athena, Odysseus and Apollo moved quickly and slipped inside the golden tower without being seen.
"That was fortunate" said Odysseus, "we must be more careful now, there will be more guard's inside, I am sure of it" said Athena. A few seconds later Athena, Odysseus and Apollo they heard footsteps coming towards them then moved swiftly into a dark corridor, a moment later a guard appeared and stood by the door, "we may be trapped here until that guard moves" whispered Odysseus.
The guard held his weapon and said "who is there show yourself!", Athena, Odysseus and Apollo were cornered as the guard began to move closer.
