Anxiety Problem

Hey Guys,

Are you guys familiar with Anxiety issues? How do you overcome ??
i dont have it myself so from experience i cannot speak, doing some short research apparently being physically active for example having a hobby, doing sports/ going to gym, eating healthy, prioritizing sleep wich is important not much sleep will make you tired wich makes you overthink and raises your anxiety so sleeping a lot is very good, learning about what kinda anxiety you have will also pinpoint what to research for and possibly find more things that can help you, thats about all that i can say :)
