Hello and good evening milady Ms. @cheetra . Correct but it's always mind over matter. Sometimes what the mind see's turn's into your perception. It's not that the mind is telling you to go ahead or fall back but it's how you wanna do it. One can control their mind if they follow the sixth sense which every human possesses specially females. Someone once told me , always follow your instincts and not just about work, relationships and all but even for simple things while driving on the road and following google maps. Sometimes your mind tells you to take a different route and to be honest it has worked for me. The sixth sense so to say is the third eye , Egyptians called it the eye of Ra, in medical terms it's called the pineal gland and the Chinese refer to it as the death point. Sorry for the lecture hahahahahaa. Just that I am kind of a history buff. BTW one can control their cortisol level easily by controlling this so called switch of the mind. Cheers!!!
