Yeah, honestly it's a great topic to bring into the spotlight.

A while ago I checked my screen time, and it was embarrassingly high.

After that I made small habits, For example, I don't bring up phone to dinner table.If someone is talking to me, I try not to look at my screen. ( Irony is I find it on insta itself☺️)

Even after that, my screen time is still high but it's not just mindless scrolling. These days almost everything happens on one device.

So maybe the goal shouldn't be low screen time, but better screen time.

The real question is: is the phone serving you, or are you serving the phone?

@AsikAwara Yess brother I noticed that noone has so much of time to read detailed paragraphs.. So I decided to limit the wordings and improve the presentation ....
And yess regarding what you said... exactlyy that's what I think too.. We're in an era of heavy global dependence on electronic devices and mobile phones have become just an extended part of our hand
So its not really possible to completely get rid of it.. Instead I think one should focus on consuming beneficial content rather than brainrot doomscrolling!!

Absolutely @Itsme_04 ... From studying to entertainment, almost everything is on a single device nowadays.
The important thing isn't avoiding the phone completely. It just we need to be mindful, Whenever we're doing something that doesn't require a phone, we can simply put it away,
Like while exercising, eating, having conversations, going for a jog, or spending time with family.

Those small habits can make a big difference without giving up the benefits of technology. ✌
