Sharing one of my absolute favorite tracks "Romantic Homicide" by d4vd.
The core theme of d4vd's "Romantic Homicide" centers on the emotional finality of a dead relationship, where feelings for someone fade away completely from within, framed through the dark metaphor of a "murder."
In my opinion, the most powerful and hard-hitting part of the track is right in the chorus:
"In the back of my mind
You died
And I didn't even cry
No, not a single tear"

তুমি গেলে আজও ঘরটা ভিজে রইল নিঃশ্বাসে,
চুপচাপ দেয়াল শোনে নাম তোমার আশ্বাসে।

চায়ের কাপে জমে থাকে বিকেলের ছায়া,
ভুলতে পারিনা তোমার চোখের সেই অপূর্ব এক মায়া।

পথের ধুলো চেনে আজও পায়ের ছন্দধ্বনি,
রাত জেগে থাকি আর ঘুমে তোমারই রূপখানি।

চিঠির ভাঁজে আটকে আছে না-বলা যত কথা,
পড়তে গিয়ে চোখে নামে নিঃশব্দ এক ব্যথা।

আমিও জানি ফেরা নেই, সেই পুরনো দিনগুলোই,
তবু মন খোঁজে তোমায়-অভ্যাসের ভুলগুলোই।

ভালোবাসা বেঁচে থাকুক দূরত্বের আলোয়,
বিরহ শেখায় যেন নীরবে থাকা ভালোয়।।

Quick question, does ‘message reactions’ include thread comments too? Since comments are counted as messages on the profile, I got a bit confused.
nd for ‘content reactions’, is it only reactions on my thread posts, or do comment reactions count as well?

কিছুই তো চাইনি আমি,
একটু নিঃশ্বাসের আশ্রয়,
ভরসা ভরা দু’টো কথা,
অভিনয়হীন একটুখানি সময়।
ভালোবাসা মানে ভেবেছিলাম
সহজ কিছু হাত ধরা,
কিন্তু যতই কাছে গেছি,
ততই বেড়েছে দূরত্বের ভারা।
আমি সেইসব মানুষের দলে,
যারা হাসে - ভেতরে ক্ষয়,
ভালোবেসে বাঁচতে চেয়েও
প্রতিদিনই মরে যায়।

স্বপ্নগুলো প্রতিদিনই
অল্প অল্প করে মরে,
বেঁচে থাকার নাম করে
মনটা হাজারবার ভাঙে।
ভালোবাসতে চেয়েছিলাম শুধু,
কিছুই চাইনি বদলে,
তবু বুকে পাথর বেঁধে
হেঁটেছি অভ্যাসের ছলে।
আমি তাদেরই দলে পড়ি,
যারা বাঁচে - মরার ভয়ে,
আর ভালোবেসে প্রতিদিনই
মরে যায় নতুন করে।।

শেষ চুমুকের ঋণ

আমার দু’চোখ অবস ছিল, তুমি ছিলে নীরুত্তাপ,
ফেলে দেওয়া চা-এর ভাঁড়ে যেমন থাকে ঠোঁটের ছাপ।
কথারা সব জমে ছিল, বলার সাহস পায়নি মুখ,
অভিমানের ধুলো জমে ভেঙে পড়ে নীরব সুখ।
তুমিও ছুঁলে না আমার হাতখানা,
তাই আমিও ডাকিনি আর তোমার নাম,
দু’জনেরই ভুল ছিল - তবু দোষ নিল নিরবতা নাম।
আজও মাঝে মনে পড়ে, সেই অর্ধেক বলা দিন,
ভাঙা কাপে জমে থাকা - শেষ চুমুকের ঋণ।।
