Report About Abusive Users Using Multiple IDs

Dear Hades Sir and Admin Team,

I would like to report a serious issue in the chat room. An abusive user repeatedly comes back using multiple/infinite IDs, often copying usernames and using similar family names. Because of this, it has become difficult for us to have a peaceful conversation in the room.

We regularly report these abusive IDs, but many times no staff member is available to take action when the abuse is happening. We try to ignore the abuser, but the same person keeps returning with new IDs. It is becoming difficult to keep ignoring them when they continue targeting users repeatedly.

Another problem is that sometimes good users reply to the abuser or try to defend themselves, and those users may also get banned. Meanwhile, when staff members are needed urgently, nobody is available to handle the situation.

Please consider checking this issue, especially the repeated use of multiple IDs and targeted harassment. If possible, stronger action against repeat offenders and better staff availability during such incidents would help keep the room safe and peaceful.

if its an IP changer there isn't anything that can be done. block the person ignore what they say, dont "feed the trolls" and just move on if there isn't a mod or admin on. This is the same thing on EVERY chat site in the world, there are ALWAYS assholes that will try and disrupt a chat. Ignore it, its some pathetic excuse of a human trying to get attention. Sure an admin or mod can kick or ban them, but if they know how to change their ip, there isn't much that can be done.

Yes, Sir, I understand. You are absolutely right. However, because of this, many good users become frightened or annoyed and leave the room. If a Mod is online, it certainly helps a lot. In any case, there is currently no room Mod in the Bengali room.

Thank you. At that time, there wasn’t any staff member in any of the rooms. Otherwise, I would definitely have contacted a staff member. I usually contact the staff whenever needed, and all the staff know me. I only mentioned the issue because there was no one available at that time.

Yes, I always report them. I noticed that the IDs were banned about 2 hours later, but unfortunately, there was no one available at that time.
