Confused about message and content reactions, need clarification, thank you

Quick question, does ‘message reactions’ include thread comments too? Since comments are counted as messages on the profile, I got a bit confused.
nd for ‘content reactions’, is it only reactions on my thread posts, or do comment reactions count as well?
My profile shows 250+ reactions already, but I haven’t received the trophy yet. I’m new here, so just trying to understand how things work here, Thanks in advance
