Day 4
It’s been a good day ! there’s no pain or soreness apart from left shoulder and arm.
Feeling better than the last few days getting better sleep and no emotional inclines.
Let it go on. ..
Day 3
Managed to still show up ! With a bit of increased reps on a few exercises.
Body is still sore, with a few good things on increased water and food consumption.
Reduction in smokes and a visiting chat side.
Let it go on!
Day 2
With those sore legs and arms I still managed to show up.
Though it was the same routine and reps, there was no vomiting sensation or spinning head.
Just a thought of increasing one rep on all the exercises on day 3 and see how it goes!
Now I’m feeling the presence of other muscles just than a boner !
6th June Day 1.
Its been a good day, I am liking the feel of sore arms, shoulders and legs ! Apart from the little head spin and vomiting sensation.
Hope the grind continues.
