Beautifully Unowned...

The ocean may be unowned but its salt has been harvested processed packed and sold.
So much for freedom....

Haha... I knew you were going to catch that loophole. That is exactly why my last line was, 'I am not talking about the water.' You didn't realize the whole thing was just about me... kadal. kadal remains untamed and unowned.
:Laugh1:

.
If the ocean water were sweet,
Someone would have definitely bottled it up.
But it is the saltiness that gives it its freedom.
That is why it is untamed,
That is why it is unowned...
And I am not talking about the water. :)

That is absolutely true... in that case, this saltiness of yours is your greatest asset After all understanding the ocean isn't something everyone is capable of...

Yeah... You got it perfectly. It is true that not everyone is capable of understanding the ocean, and the ocean doesn't explain itself to everyone. And that is exactly why I remain beautifully untamed and unowned. :)

And that depth is precisely what makes you so beautiful You will find many who try to conquer the ocean but appreciating its depth is not something everyone is capable of...

Maybe some things are meant to remain untouched and unowned. The moment we try to possess them, we take away the very freedom that makes them beautiful. Sometimes, saltiness is simply another name for independence.

I have a blog post (not here) in which I say, "Who can fathom the depth of the ocean, and who will dare to cross it?" I am talking about my own emotions and feelings in it; thus, I deduce this is about you—your own rage and rebellion in the form of an ocean, where the saltiness is your abhorrence towards a world that wants to take advantage of your nice nature.
Really good analogy, infact.

That is aanother brilliant way to see it. It is so rare to find someone who understands that keeping your distance and letting things be free is actually the highest form of respect. :)

Your blog line is so powerful. And you are absolutely right about me. The salt is just my way of keeping the wrong people out. I really love that we both relate our deepest feelings to the ocean. Thank You. :) ❤️

I was a raindrop falling alone, uncertain yet cheerful.... this is how the journey to become ocean began...

I have a strong feeling that the raindrop in my below thread is you. But you need to make one small change in your second line... it should say, 'And this is how my journey to reach the ocean started.' After all, every raindrop eventually finds its way to kadal, right? ;)

I had noticed it back then too, and was amazed at you, using similar analogy.

My thought was from a different perspective altogether, still it is beautiful to read here...
