Epic Legend
What I Feel, I Cannot Say
I never wanted my feelings to be
A weight you carry because of me.
I only wished, through every tide,
You’d understand what I keep inside.
Sometimes I smile while my heart feels low,
There’s so much I feel, but I never let it show.
Words stay silent, emotions remain,
Yet somehow I keep coming back again.
Maybe that’s why I find my way to you,
Again and again, as if my heart knows what to do.
Not to hold you, not to make you stay,
Just to feel your presence along the way.
If my presence ever makes you smile,
I’ll stay beside you for a little while.
But if you need distance, if you need to be free,
I’ll respect that space, silently.
Because caring isn't always holding someone near,
Sometimes it means letting go without fear.
Love isn't possession, nor a promise to stay—
It’s understanding, even when words fade away.
So if you want me close, I’ll gladly remain,
And if you need distance, I’ll respect the same.
For whatever you choose, whatever you feel,
Your happiness will always matter to me.
