You are on an island of 100 dragons, all with green eyes. They do not know their own eye color, and talking about eye color is forbidden. If a dragon figures out they have green eyes, they must transform into a sparrow and fly away at midnight. One day, a visitor says to the group, "At least one of you has green eyes." What happens next?

Nothing happens for the first 99 days, but at midnight on the 100th day, all 100 dragons transform into sparrows and fly away together
