Sometimes Being Alone Is Okay
Sometimes being alone is okay,
Not every heart must bloom today.
Some flowers wait through wind and rain,
To rise much stronger after pain.
The quiet room, the silent night,
Can teach a soul to find its light.
When voices fade and crowds are gone,
You learn the strength to carry on.
The moon still shines with none beside,
Yet fills the world with silver pride.
The stars don't fear the endless sky,
They sparkle bright and never cry.
A lonely road may seem so long,
Yet every step becomes a song.
For every tear the heart has known,
Builds a castle made of stone.
The waves may kiss the empty shore,
Then leave, returning once more.
They teach us love is not to chase,
But trust that time will set the pace.
A bird alone can cross the sea,
With nothing but its destiny.
No map to hold, no hand to guide,
Just hope that gently walks beside.
Sometimes silence speaks the most,
More than laughter, more than boasts.
It whispers softly, "Heal your soul,
Broken pieces still make whole."
Don't fear the empty chair at dawn,
Or nights that seem forever long.
For even darkness, deep and wide,
Still lets the morning sun arrive.
Some people leave without goodbye,
Like autumn leaves that learn to fly.
But roots grow deeper when they fall,
Preparing trees to stand through all.
The heart was never made to race
Behind each smile or fleeting face.
Its purpose is to beat with grace,
Until true love has found its place.
So if today you're on your own,
Remember seeds are buried, grown.
Before they bloom for all to see,
They grow in quiet, silently.
One day the rain will lose its fight,
The clouds will bow before the light.
The scars you hide, the tears you keep,
Will become the mountains standing deep.
Until that day, don't lose your way,
Sometimes being alone is okay.
For solitude is not the end....
It's where a wounded heart can mend.
And when the world asks where you've been,
Just smile and let your light begin.
For those who learned to stand alone,
Can build a life all on their own.
So hold your dreams with gentle care,
Keep faith alive through every prayer.
Because the strongest souls you'll know...
Are the ones who learned to bloom alone.
