If you will choose between the two, which one will you choose.
If you will choose between the two, which one will you choose.

Which one You will choose dear
There was a point in my life where I had to choose between what made me happy and what I knew was my responsibility.
And even though my heart wanted freedom, I chose obligation.
Not because it was easy. Not because it made me happy.
But because some responsibilities cannot simply be abandoned when things become difficult.
Sometimes maturity means making decisions based not only on feelings, but on commitment, loyalty, and accountability.
Choosing obligation taught me sacrifice. But despite everything, I chose to honor my responsibilities because I couldn’t live peacefully knowing I walked away from people or situations that truly needed me.
Maybe one day I’ll finally choose myself completely.Maybe one day happiness will no longer feel like something I have to postpone.
But for now, I carry this quiet understanding, sometimes the strongest people are the ones who sacrifice their own happiness just to protect the things they believe they’re responsible for.
I really respect this… choosing responsibility when it goes against your own happiness isn’t easy, and not everyone has the strength to do that.
At the same time, I feel like constantly putting your own happiness on hold is a quiet sacrifice. You deserve that peace too, not just someday, but along the way as well.
I just hope you don’t have to wait too long to choose yourself.
I just hope that “one day” you mentioned comes sooner than you think.

Hello and good evening Ms. Well tough choice in some ways but yes over a period life has taught me self happiness is more important than obligation. One should complete the obligation also as long as it is not self harming and does not interfere with one's own happiness. God Bless!!! . Cheers!!!!If you will choose between the two, which one will you choose.

Ms. you are not obliged to anyone per say. That being said yes parents are the only people who will support you through thick and thin kid. Self help is the best help. One can only heal if one want's. No lectures , talks will make it happen. Stay happy and screw everyone, sorry for the lingo hahahahahaa. God bless!!! Cheers!!!Needed to hear this!![]()
Choice only makes sense when both sides are clear. Without that, there’s nothing to pick—just confusionIf you will choose between the two, which one will you choose.
That's a profound choice ,one that speaks to real strength and integrity. Sacrificing personal happiness for responsibility isn't weakness; it's a quiet form of courage many never develop.Honoring commitments shapes character, even when it hurts. May the day come when your duty and happiness can align, without guilt. There was a point in my life where I had to choose between what made me happy and what I knew was my responsibility.

I believe finding a healthy balance is what matters most. Blindly following obligations can eventually make life stagnant and melancholic, while solely chasing one's own happiness might end up hurting those around us. Therefore, the wisest path is to find our own happiness within the fulfillment of our duties. If you will choose between the two, which one will you choose.
