Taking a Nap

We normally sleep at ight and sometimes we don't get enough time
May be due to work pressure or may
Due to other reasons but that is not the case of nap
Did ever took a nap in your duty time
Sometimes it may happen due to our tiredness
And sometimes as we feel sleepy we will took a little nap
But the effect of this nap is so good we feel refreshed
How many of you like to take nap at duty time.
No hr is looking so speak freely :)

This is so true! A tiny nap at work is like hitting the refresh button on a dead body—pure medicine, not slacking. Sadly though, I'm just not capable of doing it!

I do but unknowingly :tso:
 
In recent times, I’m not really sleeping anymore…
just surviving on small naps between studies, responsibilities, and thoughts that refuse to rest.

Somehow the nights have become shorter,
and the mind louder.:)

At this point, even my pillow sees me as a guest appearance only. ;)

Nap is more and sleep is less that condition is called petroutrwagajurst;)
