According to the scientific theory of the 'Multiverse', you will probably arrive in a New Present. Your old life will remain in your memories, but the world around you will be completely new and the result of the changes you have made.

Depends on the laws of physics our universe follows. It might effect out current time OR it might just create an alternate reality where the new decision you made is the truth.
But sci-fi movies have taught us multiple times why changing the past is a bad idea so let's not do that for now lol

But if he has established a new present there, has he truly time-traveled?

Becuz now that he no longer exists in his new future, how could he possibly go back to the past?

If we don't try things how we know that is a good or bad but Yeah u r rt too and we don't have Capt India to save us in the end.
