Some freedoms were written in blood.
Some dreams were carried in silence.
Some prayers were whispered in dark nights,
so that our mornings could be bright.
This day is for those
who chose pain so we could choose peace,
who stood firm when fear was everywhere,
who believed in a future they would never see.
India did not become a Republic in one moment.
It became a promise —
to treat every person with dignity,
to protect every voice,
to hold justice higher than power.
Freedom is not only a flag in the sky.
It is respect in our hearts.
It is helping when no one is watching.
It is staying human, even when it is difficult.
India lives in small, quiet acts —
in a soldier guarding our sleep,
in a farmer waiting for rain,
in a worker carrying hope every day,
in a student dreaming beyond limits.
They gave us roads without chains,
A sky open and wide.
They left us a duty,
To walk with truth as our guide.
So let us speak with kindness,
And stand for what is right.
Let us not forget the cost of freedom,
Nor waste the light.
On this Republic Day,
let us be thankful,
let us be gentle,
and let us be responsible.
May our country stay strong
not because of power,
but because of unity and care.
Happy Republic Day
With pride in our hearts
and hope in our hands.
