Happy Birthday, @Solara
I’ve been thinking about what to write for you, and I realized… our story itself is the most honest thing I can give you today.
We met in the most unexpected way—on a random chat site, in a random room, as two strangers. I still remember the first silly line I said, “Let’s go for a long drive”, and the way you said yes without hesitation. I never imagined that one line would slowly take me somewhere this real.
The next day, I crossed over to SC just to find you. I even created an ID there—something I never thought I’d do—for someone I barely knew then. That day wasn’t perfect, you were off, we argued a little, and I walked away thinking maybe that was it. But you came back. You said sorry. And in that moment, without realizing it, you showed me that you cared.
From there, everything changed. We started talking every day—sharing our lives, our thoughts, our moods, our small moments. Slowly, you became part of my routine, part of my comfort. I didn’t plan it. I didn’t expect it. It just happened.
Then came the moment that scared me the most—the day you jokingly said, “Let’s get married.” I laughed on the outside, but inside I panicked. Not because of you… but because of my past, my fears, and all the walls I had built. I told myself marriage wasn’t for me. I told myself I should stop this before it goes deeper.
But you didn’t disappear. You didn’t force me. You stayed the same—kind, patient, and real. And that made me think… Why am I running from something that feels this genuine? I used to mock online relationships, and there I was—living one without even realizing when it became important to me.
Saying yes to you wasn’t easy for me, but it was honest. And I don’t regret it. Because you showed me that sometimes, the most meaningful connections come from the places we least expect.
On your birthday today, I just want you to know this:
Thank you—for your patience when I was confused, for your warmth when I was distant, and for choosing me even when I wasn’t sure of myself. Thank you for being a good soul, a gentle presence, and someone who made my days brighter without trying.
I don’t know what the future holds, and I won’t make promises I’m not ready for—but I do know that today, I’m grateful for you. Grateful that you walked into my life, stayed, and became someone I care about deeply.
I hope this birthday brings you peace, happiness, and all the love you deserve. And I hope when you read this, you smile—because that smile means more to me than you know.
Happy Birthday, @Solara
Stay happy. Stay you. And thank you… for being part of my story
