If person a from future travels back a few millenia to person b . Telling person b all details and what specific actions to do wrt to another person c . And then a few millenia later b's action beats fruitation and the person a (past ) meets her and she tells what's needed handing over c to care of a (past) without telling anything not needed . And so on it goes forward to back to start of it .

Basically A (future) shared information and instructions with b . And b just said or instructed just enough to let that happen but not any details . And had A (future ) not gone back . A (past ) would be dead thus that one ceases to exist
