Diwali's like a different beast altogether in each Indian state, you know? Like, have you seen the diya-filled ghats in Varanasi or the Kali Puja pandals in Kolkata? Each region's got its own unique flavor and way of celebration.

In the north, UP's all about Rama's homecoming, while Punjab's celebrating Bandi Chhor Divas with fireworks and kirtan. Down south, Tamil Nadu's got the Naraka Chaturdashi vibe going on, with oil baths and new clothes. Kerala's a bit more chill, focusing on family and introspection.

Out east, Bengal's Kali Puja is a wild ride, with devotees going all out for the goddess. Odisha's got its own quirky traditions, like lighting lamps to guide ancestors' souls. And in the west, Maharashtra's Diwali's a five-day bash, with yummy snacks and festivities galore. Gujarat's all about prosperity, with Lakshmi Puja and new business ventures.

It's amazing how one festival can be celebrated in so many ways, right? What's your favorite Diwali memory?

Can relate..... while growing up it's clearly visible that the excitement & enthusiasm is getting lost in middle of the path
