Its scary to think that I just used to share this years ago just to help those who may be dealing with anxiety. Anxiety does not exclude someone, anyone may experience it and that I will be in this situation now. Why does it always have to be 3AM when the world’s in hibernation mode— asleep and quiet. Was it because of the bad dream? What about the days when I slept soundly and suddenly I couldn’t breathe and it woke me.
It is Helpless.
Ps. The thought of a slight stressful scenario is unbearable. I cant help but shed a tear.
“This too shall pass, please let this be a part of a seasons of life.” :)

I can feel u babe how u will feel but when panic attack came i didn't think about anything it's just feel like I am losing mineself....and the heart ache a lot so I want to grab mine heart tightly so that it's stop aching....after anxiety attack I make mineself calm that I am okay...you are okay jasminee as u are used too....heheh
