So guys I've put a thread on this topic and got some great responses thank you all. I have had depression myself at a young age so I think I am qualified to answer this question, again this is not the universal way and is based on personal experiences.
1) Change the way you think !!! First of all change the mindset of giving control to some unknown force to make your issues okay. You should work for it and don't just sit idle expecting it to be okay. Your mind is not under your control completely!!!
2) If it is serious, Seek professional help.
3) React to it!!! If there is something that is causing you this state of mind and you know exactly what is causing the negativity just challenge it. React against it. Or else you will be in the same negative path(Some Newton's Law supports this lol).
3) Talk It Out!!! Talk this to someone whom you trust. Just the magical words "it is fine", "Everything will be okay" will make a difference.
4) Make a Difference!!! In today's world we will mostly be seperated from the beautiful nature and focused into the tiny screens, eating junk food and not exercising regularly. Experience nature, exercise regularly (just a bit atleast) eat healthy food. Make such a difference in your daily routine. Make yourself feel like you have achieved something a day. This will make you feel like you have some purpose and you are achieving something.

To be continued ...

React against it ? Can someone explain .
If you didn't understand by the bolded phrase, just read the explanation that follows. It means something external can also cause depression like abuse from someone. So don't just stay where you are go ahead and react.

Wow

Simple CAM rule from my side.
Concentrate more on urself , self grooming , try to work on urself , do things for urself.
Acceptance accept the negative things happening , mistakes done by you..it's part and parcel of life.
Move on try to move on from the things you are struck(mostly we are struck to one thing), that's when you can see the other things(there are many beautiful things).
