Browser and Short Keys to Clear Cache Refresh
1. Internet Explorer – Shift + Cntrl + F5
2. Google Chrome – Cntrl + F5
3. Mozilla Firefox – Ctrl+Shift+r (reload bypassing cached files)
Just open the chat screen where it says connection failed, move your cursor to the white portion of the website bottom or above the chat and click anywhere in the chat white portion. Now try the above steps to clear your browser cache and you can see an BLUE text at the bottom of the chat says full screen chat. Use this full screen chat if you guys have any problem with the chat room pages or chat screen.
