At the same time, how much disrespect or mistreatment we tolerate reflects our self-respect and boundaries.
When we accept poor treatment, we silently allow it to continue.
Understanding this truth encourages us to value ourselves, set healthy limits, and choose relationships that offer respect and dignity.
