Why??

Why do I think I'm not good enough?
Why can't I ever be good enough?
Why am I not good at everything?
Why do I feel worthless all the time??

Am I that bad??

It sounds like you're struggling with intense self-doubt and negative self-talk. These feelings can be really painful and overwhelming.

Here are some potential reasons why you might be feeling this way:

1. *Past experiences*: Trauma, criticism, or negative feedback from others can lead to deep-seated feelings of inadequacy.
2. *Unrealistic expectations*: Setting perfectionistic standards for yourself can create a sense of never being good enough.
3. *Comparing yourself to others*: Measuring your worth against others' accomplishments or qualities can foster feelings of inadequacy.
4. *Negative self-talk*: Critical inner voices can reinforce feelings of worthlessness and low self-esteem.

Remember, these feelings are not a reflection of your true worth or abilities. You are more than your mistakes, flaws, or limitations.

Consider the following:

- *Practice self-compassion*: Treat yourself with kindness, understanding, and patience.
- *Challenge negative thoughts*: Question those critical inner voices and reframe negative self-talk.
- *Focus on your strengths*: Celebrate your accomplishments and positive qualities.
- *Seek support*: Talk to trusted friends, family, or a mental health professional about your feelings.

You are not alone, and you are not "bad." You are a unique, valuable, and deserving individual.
