ok i'am sorry but WTF "What is the best time to fall in love with someone? . Since when has being in love or Falling in love become something like ordering a Happy meal from mcDonalds. Do people today actually put it on a list like they are going shopping , There is no absolute rule about when you fall in love ,it isnt something you choose ,it can happen instantaneously or take weeks, months, or years! It happens differently for everybody and takes different forms.Falling in love is chemistry ,feelings and when it hits it Hits hard

The options are so lengthy I did not read. But to me best time of falling love with a girl is deep summer, when weather temperature is very high, its the best time to love cause both the boys and girls wear very very less cloths with no inners. So fall in love and love making is very easy to both the partners.

As the timing of falling in love varies widely from person to person, there is no one right period in one's life to do so. Each person's experience of love is different and special, and it can occur at any age or stage of life
