Poseidon headed back to his underwater domain and towards the prison , he searched his domain as he looked for Hephaestus...suddenly Poseidon heard a sound behind him coming from his throne room. "Hephaestus!" Shouted Poseidon , Hephaestus turned around and swam towards Poseidon at high speed and tackled him , Poseidon and Hephaestus grappled each other as the strange underwater plants glowed around the room , Poseidon lashed out and kicked Hephaestus hard.
Hephaestus crashed into a marble pillar and smashed through it , "give up now" said Poseidon as he gripped his golden trident firmly , Hephaestus burst through the water towards Poseidon and threw a punch. Hephaestus's fist collided with Poseidon's jaw and knocked him down , Poseidon shook his head a little and then swung his trident towards Hephaestus but missed , "to slow" said Hephaestus then moments later he burst through the water and tackled Poseidon and they both crashed through the wall.
They both lay on the floor for a few moments and then Hephaestus got up and transported himself to the surface , Poseidon lay there amongst the rubble...his golden trident beside him. Meanwhile at Mount Olympus Zeus looked into his orb and grew angry , "Hercules my son , I want you to bring me Hephaestus" , Hercules nodded and then Zeus transported him to Hephaestus location , "Hephaestus must be around here somewhere" thought Hercules , he looked around and suddenly noticed wet footprints on the sand.
"Ah I'm coming for you Hephaestus" said Hercules , Hercules followed the footprints until he reached a hidden cove beside the beach. He looked into the cove and then suddenly Hephaestus burst out of the darkness and tackled Hercules to the ground. Hercules and Hephaestus wrestled each other across the rocky terrain and onto the sand , Hephaestus threw a punch towards Hercules but he missed and hit the sand , "nice try" said Hercules as he smiled a little.
Hercules and Hephaestus punched each other at the same time and sent each other flying through the air and crashed into the sand , "haha" is that all you have got" said Hercules as he started to stand up. Hephaestus grumbled and charged towards Hercules as fast as he could , Hercules grabbed his shield and waited for Hephaestus to get closer then..."BANG" Hercules hit Hephaestus with his shield and watched as he fell to the ground , Hercules grabbed Hephaestus and said "I have him"... moments later Hercules and Hephaestus were transported to Mount Olympus.
"Well done Hercules" said Zeus , Hercules drew his sword and pointed it at Hephaestus , "execute him" ordered Zeus...Hercules thrust his sword straight through Hephaestus's gut. Hephaestus fell to his knees and bled out as Hercules pulled his sword out , suddenly a flash of green light appeared beside Hercules , "am I to late to join you lord Zeus" said a woman , "ah Demeter welcome, where have you been" said Zeus , "I was in the library reading" said Demeter , "well you are here now" said Zeus as he placed his hand on her shoulder and gave her an amulet.
"BOOM , BANG , ZING"... Mount Olympus was under attack once more by Hera and her allies , "Demeter I want you to head to the underworld" said Zeus , "what do you want me to do there" asked Demeter. Zeus whispered into Demeter's ear and then she said "very well I shall do that" , moments later Demeter transported herself to the underworld and went inside , she stayed out of sight and carefully placed some magical devices around the throne room , "let us see if they survive the explosions" thought Demeter , minutes later Demeter transported herself back to Mount Olympus , "it is done lord Zeus" she said , Zeus nodded and thanked her for her assistance.
Meanwhile outside... Hera and her allies continued to attack Olympus as they tried to destroy the shield "grr it's no use , the shield cannot be destroyed" said Aphrodite. Hera and her allies stopped attacking and decided to head back to the underworld , Zeus looked into his orb and watched them head back to the underworld , minutes later..."BOOM , KABOOM" the magical devices Demeter had placed inside the underworld throne room exploded , Hera and her allies were caught in the explosion , they lay on the floor amongst the rubble.
"Ugh what...happened.." mumbled Hades as he crawled out of the rubble , he searched through the rubble and saw a woman's hand beneath the debris , Hades took the hand and lifted her out , Aphrodite held her head and then brushed the dust off her robe , "what was that" asked Aphrodite as Hera and Persephone emerged from the debris , "an explosive device" said Hera angrily , "they shall pay for this" said Hades as he gripped his sceptre.
Meanwhile back at Mount Olympus Odysseus prepared himself for a fight as Athena stood by his side "are you ready for battle dear Odysseus" said Athena , "yes my goddess , I will not let the enemy harm you" said Odysseus. Meanwhile at Poseidon's underwater domain , rubble started to move and then a large shockwave went through the halls.
Poseidon grabbed his trident and burst through the water at high speed and launched himself above the waves and into the air towards Mount Olympus , moments later he arrived at Olympus , "ah you survived" said Zeus , "what happened to Hephaestus" asked Poseidon , Zeus pointed to the floor...Poseidon held his trident firmly and felt satisfied with seeing Hephaestus's lifeless body.
"Demeter you and I will head to the river" Demeter nodded and placed her hand on Zeus's shoulder , "if anything should happen to me I want you to take over Athena" said Zeus , "yes I will" said Athena. Moments later Zeus and Demeter transported themselves to the river withing moments of arriving they were caught by Ares and Hades , "I see you were waiting for us" said Zeus , "you will not be escaping from us" said Ares , Hades and Ares took Zeus and Demeter to the gates of the underworld and moments later Hera , Aphrodite and Persephone came out of the underworld.
"Ah finally , we have captured the almighty Zeus" said Hera , she walked up to Zeus and then slapped him , "is that all the strength you have" said Zeus as he smiled a little. Hera grew enraged and then turned around and punched Zeus and knocked him down onto the ground , "Hades , Ares do whatever you want to them" said Hera as she walked back into the underworld , "let us play with them first" said Hades , Hades used his dark magic and turned Zeus into a duck..."quack" said Zeus , Hades , Ares, Aphrodite and Persephone laughed as Zeus waddled around beside Demeter.
Meanwhile back at Mount Olympus Athena looked at the orb , "grr those fools , they shall suffer for this.... Odysseus come with me" said Athena , moments later Odysseus and Athena left Mount Olympus and landed in the forest. "I have an old friend here" said Athena... moments later Pegasus emerged from the shaded area behind the trees.
Odysseus patted Pegasus on his head and then he and Athena climbed onto his back and launched into the sky , meanwhile Hades and Ares continued to amuse themselves as they turned Zeus and Demeter into a pig and a cat , "hahaha" laughed Ares , "ok that is enough fun" said Persephone then moments later she turned Zeus and Demeter back into themselves.
Suddenly Pegasus , Odysseus and Athena burst the sky and headed towards them , Athena's eyes glowed as her power surged through her body , "look out it's Athena" shouted Aphrodite. Athena unleashed her powers and fired an enormous blast of red and gold energy towards them..."KABOOOOM" the energy hit the ground and exploded hitting everyone within the area.
Aphrodite and Hades had escaped just in time and headed deeper into the underworld , moments later the smoke had faded and bodies lay on the ground , Demeter and Persephone lay lifeless on the ground and Zeus had gone missing , Ares stood up and held his wound , "I will get you for this" said Ares.
"I don't think so" said Odysseus as he jumped off Pegasus and drew his sword...
