Athena and Poseidon had arrived in the forest on the opposite side of the river from the underworld , Poseidon eyes glowed as he used his powers to create waves in the river. The waves crashed against the edges of the river and then moments later Hephaestus came out of the underworld , "look it's Hephaestus" said Athena , Poseidon continued to control the river waves as Hephaestus became suspicious.
Suddenly Poseidon used the waves and created a ball of water and captured Hephaestus , "we got him" said Athena... moments later Hephaestus found himself laying on the ground in front of Athena and Poseidon. Hermes watched from the shaded areas behind the trees as Athena interrogated Hephaestus , "what is Hera planning" said Athena , "I'm not telling you anything" said Hephaestus , Poseidon held his trident firmly and then pinned Hephaestus to the ground by his cloak.
"I suggest you reconsider your answer" said Athena , "you do not want to make Athena angry do you?" said Poseidon as Athena drew her sword. "We are god's we cannot be harmed" said Hephaestus as he smiled a little , Hermes came out of the shaded area behind the trees and stood beside Poseidon and said "he is right we are immortal and cannot harm each other" , "I have that power" said a voice behind Athena , Zeus stood behind Athena and said "it is possible for us to be harmed".
"How?" said Hephaestus , "that is for me to know , Poseidon take Hephaestus to your underwater prison" said Zeus , moments later Poseidon grabbed Hephaestus and transported him to his underwater domain. "How can we be harmed" asked Athena , "there are three heroes with the power to kill a god" said Zeus , "who are these heroes" asked Hermes , Zeus stayed silent for a moment and asked Hermes to keep spying on Hera and her allies , Zeus and Athena walked a little into the forest and then made sure nobody was listening , "so these heroes, who are they" said Athena.
" The first hero is my son Hercules" said Zeus , "hmm ok , who else" asked Athena , "the second hero is Perseus" he said , "that's two, who is the third" said Athena , "the third hero is someone you know well....his name is Odysseus" said Zeus". Athena smiled as she blushed , "you must find these heroes" said Zeus , "yes I will find them , they will help us I'm sure" said Athena , Zeus nodded and then smiled before vanishing back to Mount Olympus.
"I will start with Odysseus , he will be easy to find" thought Athena , moments later Athena transported herself to Athens , after she arrived in Athens Athena walked towards the market beside the harbour. "Odysseus!!" Said Athena , Odysseus turned around and saw her , Athena hugged Odysseus and then told him about the situation , "ah so you need my assistance , you will have it" said Odysseus , moments later Athena transported herself and Odysseus to Mount Olympus , "I have found Odysseus" she said...Zeus walked out of the throne room and smiled "haha Odysseus welcome to Olympus" said Zeus as he shook his hand.
"That means I still need to find Hercules and Perseus" said Athena , "yes I believe you will find Hercules at Olympia" said Zeus , Athena nodded and then transported herself to the city of Olympia. Athena looked around Olympia but couldn't find Hercules anywhere..then suddenly she heard a loud laugh coming from just outside the city gates , Athena ran out of the city gates and saw Hercules standing next to a donkey , Hercules stood there as he watched the donkey scratch itself against a tree , "Hercules!" Said Athena.
Hercules turned around and greeted Athena and said "what brings you here" , Athena told him what had been happening at Mount Olympus , "oh that sounds serious , I will assist you" said Hercules. Athena transported herself and Hercules to Olympus and found Zeus waiting in the hall beside Odysseus , "I have found Hercules" said Athena , "ah Hercules my son welcome back to Olympus" said Zeus and then shook his hand , suddenly Athena's owl appeared "what is wrong little owl" said Athena , the owl hooted at Athena..."I see , thank you little friend , Hermes has betrayed us" said Athena.
Suddenly thunder rumbled throughout Olympus as Zeus grumbled , "has he told them about the special amulet" said Zeus, "no lord Zeus" said Athena , Zeus looked into an orb and saw Hermes looking for Perseus. "Hermes must have overheard us talking in the forest" said Athena , "Apollo and Artemis, I want you to find Perseus before Hermes does" , Apollo and Artemis left Mount Olympus and transported themselves to Thessaloniki...moments later Apollo and Artemis had arrived at the city and started looking for Perseus , "Perseus is around here somewhere" said Apollo as he ran his fingers through his hair.
Apollo and Artemis walked through the streets of Thessaloniki as they searched for Perseus..a few hours later they saw Hermes amongst the bushes beside a temple. "Look there's Perseus" said Artemis as her hair flowed in the wind , Apollo sneaked up behind Hermes and grabbed him tightly , "you will not harm Perseus, traitor" said Apollo as Artemis ran up to Perseus , Artemis told Perseus about everything that had happened at Olympus , "I will help you" said Perseus , Apollo dragged Hermes over to Artemis and Perseus and moments later Artemis transported them and herself to Mount Olympus.
"Traitor!!" Shouted Zeus , "you shall be executed for your crime" said Zeus , Zeus held his sword out as Poseidon appeared beside him , "which one of you heroes will kill this traitor" asked Zeus. Odysseus , Hercules and Perseus looked at each other and then moments later Perseus stepped forward and took Zeus's sword and pointed it towards Hermes...Perseus thrust the sword straight through Hermes chest , "well done Perseus my son" said Zeus , Perseus pulled the sword out as everyone watched Hermes fall to the floor and breathed his last breath.
Zeus looked into his orb "Poseidon , Hephaestus has escaped from your prison , catch him now" said Zeus....
