Good Morning

I'm using ZOZO many days on wards recently i found on issue, when we type something in that chat box automatically it converting into forbidden link. I can see site still in under development but if you/Team resolve this issue asap that will be more helpful for the users. Or if you provide any workaround/suggestions to escape this error that will be good for us.

There is nothing to worry about it. If you place >> a dot '.' in-front of any letter, you gonna end up getting [forbidden link]

It is very simple as that, "do not place DOT in-front of any letters and happy chatting"
