As the fog flooded the streets The Shadow Of Whitechapel had found his next victim and began to follow her , he followed the woman through the streets as she headed towards the train station. A few minutes later he grabbed her from behind and covered her mouth as he dragged her into a dark alley , The Shadow Of Whitechapel attacked her in a frenzy , his knife thrusting in and out of her.
As he attacked the woman in the dark alley Emily came out of her house , as she walked down the street towards a postbox to post a letter she saw The Shadow of Whitechapel attacking the woman and screamed. "POLICE! , MURDER!" screamed Emily , The Shadow of Whitechapel ran away just as the sound of police whistle's filled the air , moments later a few policemen had arrived on the street.
The policemen walked up to Emily and asked her questions , "where is he?!" Said one of the policemen , "over there in the dark alley" said Emily as she pointed towards it. The policeman ran across the street and then discovered a body , "call the Inspector , we have another murder" he said to his fellow officers , Emily told the other officers that they could use her telephone to call the Inspector.
A few moments later Emily and the police officers had arrived at her house and called the Inspector , "sir we've got another body near the train station" said the policeman. "Damn! another one...I'm on my way" said the Inspector , meanwhile there was a knock on the door , Emily walked towards the door and opened it to see Lucy standing there in front of her.
"I heard the police whistle's , what is going on? Said Lucy , "I was walking towards the postbox and then I saw him , I saw The Shadow of Whitechapel murdering a woman!" Said Emily. "Are you alright Emily?" Said Lucy , "yes I'm fine thank you Lucy" said Emily as she let Lucy inside her home , a short time later the Inspector had arrived on the street and examined the crime scene.
"Not as bad as the previous victims , multiple knife wounds and a cut throat , who alerted you to the murder" said the Inspector. "It was Lucy's friend Emily that saw it happen sir" said the police constable , "I see, then I shall talk to her immediately" said the Inspector as he began to walk towards Emily's house , a minute or two later he had knocked on the door and then Emily let him inside.
"Hell again Emily , I'm going to ask you some questions" said the Inspector , "ok I shall try to answer them" said Emily as Lucy placed her hand on her shoulder. "Did you get a clear look at the murderer?" Said the Inspector , "it was a shorter man and I think he was clean shaven with dark hair , that is all I could see" said Emily , "hmm interesting , thank you Emily" said the Inspector.
The police officers left Emily's home and joined the constable by the alley as the Inspector and Lucy stayed behind , "where does that alley lead to?" Asked the Inspector. "It is a short alley Inspector" said Emily , "hmm that means The Shadow of Whitechapel must either be nearby or lives in this part of Whitechapel" said Lucy , "I believe you're right Lucy , finally some progress" said the Inspector.
A few minutes later...
"Will you be alright if I go now" said Lucy. "I shall be ok thank you Lucy" said Emily , "I have a thought , The Shadow of Whitechapel may have seen you " said the Inspector. "Oh dear... He's right , The Shadow of Whitechapel might come for you next!" Said Lucy , "I have a plan , let us set a trap" said the Inspector , "yes then we shall catch him red handed" said Lucy.
"I do not know about this , what if something goes wrong" said Lucy , the Inspector , Lucy and Emily talked for a while as they came up with a plan to catch The Shadow of Whitechapel...
