Epic Legend

Happiness is something we all seek, but how do we truly achieve it? Is it something that comes from within, or is it shaped by external factors like relationships, success, and material wealth?

We often hear that "happiness comes from within," but in a world where achievements and social validation are celebrated, it’s hard not to think external factors play a huge role. Yet, can lasting happiness really come from things outside of us, or does true joy stem from inner peace, self-awareness, and growth?

So, what do you think? Is happiness something we find within ourselves, or is it defined by the world around us?

Inner peace + good people = chef’s kiss.

At first it starts with finding happiness through external stimuli.. but as u grow u realise that's not all..so u start looking for it within. Eventually settled at a mix I'd say.

I think happiness comes from both inside and outside.

When I feel good about myself and grow as a person, I feel happy.

But the people I care about and the good things that happen around me also make me happy..

Beautifully said, It’s like a journey , we seek it outside first, but with time we realize the real foundation is within. And finding that balance between both is where true happiness blooms. Glad you shared this perspective. :clapping:

You put it so well, Personal growth builds that deep, lasting happiness, and the love and good moments around us just make it shine even brighter. It really is both working together, isn’t it?:clapping:
