The wind blows against the sand dunes , the sound of ghosts fill the air
The wind grows stronger and moves faster creating a cloud of dust
A sandstorm is born , it rages across the desert blanketing everything in it's path
The sandstorm battered the cliffs as it headed towards the city
"It's coming , the sandstorm comes near" , "get inside your homes for safety" shouted a few citizens
One man stood firm , he feels no fear even as he sense's darkness heading towards the city
"I feel the darkness within the sands" mumbled the man as he drew his sword
The sandstorm was almost upon them , it grew larger and blocked out the sunlight
He looked closer at the sandstorm and saw shadows within
"I do not fear you , I am also a shadow" said the man as he gripped his sword firmly
The sandstorm hit the city and shrouded it in darkness as the citizens stay safe in their home
"You will not take me , I am the assassin , my destiny lies here" said the assassin
The assassin fought the shadows within the sandstorm and slayed them one by one
Streets were battered by the sandstorm , flags torn and clothes shredded
The assassin vanquished the shadows until he was the only one left standing
Moments later the sandstorm vanished and the citizens left the safety of their homes
They got to work and started to brush the sand filled streets together
Meanwhile...the assassin stood atop the highest roof in the city
"This city is protected by me , the shadows will not be safe if they should attempt to try to attack again" said the assassin.
