Romana turned around to see who was behind her but there was nobody there , she continued to walk through the alleyways and then started hearing footsteps again , she walked a little faster and hid behind a small wall around the corner and waited. She peeked out from behind the wall a little and saw a policeman standing there , the policeman walked straight past her and stopped for a minute as she watched from the shaded corner behind him , moments later Romana grabbed the policeman from behind and started choking him.
Romana squeezed tighter as she choked the policeman , he fell to his knees as he tried to breathe and then moments later he passed out , as the policeman lay in the snow covered ground Romana ran out of the alleyway. She climbed up one of the trees and then jumped out onto a roof , she jumped from one roof to another until she saw her house , she climbed down from the house she was standing on and then walked across the street and went inside her own house.
Romana walked into the living room and lit the fireplace then sat down , as she sat by the fire warming herself up the snow started to fall faster and the wind blew louder. She closed her eyes for a moment resting them and then suddenly fell asleep , the fireplace burned through the night until sunrise , the next morning Romana had woken up and ate breakfast before heading out , the snow had stopped but it was colder than before as she walked through the streets towards the market , a boy stood at the edge of the market holding newspapers , "murder in the streets as killer strikes again" shouted the boy as he read out the headline on the newspaper.
Romana bought a newspaper from the boy and read it as she stood by the street lamp , "hmm so there's another murderer out there" she thought as she read through the newspaper. Romana walked through the market as the wind started to blow faster and the sun became covered by the clouds , she walked to a quiet area near the cemetery and sat down on a bench and continued to read her newspaper , Romana suddenly had a feeling that she was being watched , she looked around but saw nothing then some crows squawked and flew away , "who's there" said Romana as she gripped the handle on her blade...
