She was just a little girl, living in a hostel... Five long, arduous months had passed, and today was finally the day she would return home... Her excitement was palpable as she packed her bags with the help of her warden. Sitting on a wooden bench, sipping from a Frooti bottle, she couldn't wait to see her mother... She is missing her a lot... Because Her mother is like a world to her... And Her mother had promised to pick her up, and she had been counting down the hours. Two hours ticked by, and she tossed the empty bottle aside, her excitement slowly giving way to impatience. Tears pricked at the corners of her eyes as she waited, her heart heavy with anticipation...Another hour dragged by, and then she saw it - her mother's car, pulling up outside. Her heart skipped a beat as she leapt to her feet, but her joy was short-lived. Instead of her mother, her uncle stepped out of the car, his face somber. Her face fell, and she felt a pang of disappointment and anger...She had planned to teach her mother a lesson when she got home - she wouldn't speak to her until she made her favorite 'gajar ka halwa'. But now, as she rode home in silence, she felt a growing sense of unease. Finally When they arrived, she was surprised to see a crowd of people outside her house. As she stepped inside, she saw a figure lying on the floor, covered in a white sheet. Her family members were crying, and she felt a chill run down her spine.Slowly, she approached the figure, her heart pounding in her chest. And then she saw her mother's face, pale and still. She felt a scream building in her throat as she sat down beside her, calling out "Mamma!" But response...
"Mamma!" she called again, her voice shaking with desperation, and she keep calling again and again But there was no response. And then she realised Her mother was gone.
The little girl felt her world crumbling around her. She is alone now, with no one to protect her, to wipe away her tears, or to whisper ' beta don't worry I'm here'...She was left to face the cruel realities of life, all by herself.
As she sat there, holding her mother's hand, she felt a wave of grief wash over her. Now she is lost and alone in a big, scary world. And she knew that nothing would ever be the same again.Tears streamed down her face as she whispered, "Why did you leave me, Mamma? Why did you go away? You promised me right you'll always be there with me mamma!! Now who's going to talk to me, who'll play with me who'll made tasty food of me who'll let me sleep in her lap mamma "!!
