Its simple process for me!!
The only path I follow to stay fit is just don't even thinking about it and eat whatever I love to eat and satisfy my hunger!!

i eat whatvr i like tho. I tried to do workout ,the next day my body hurts like hell .. I stopped then i realized that , i can eat anything but in moderation only specifically on sweets
