As Kassandra and Rose moved a little closer towards Evelyn she began to speak , "thank you for stopping my brother Edward" said Evelyn , "no need to thank us we were happy to assist you" said Kassandra. "Edward will never come back and I can rest in peace knowing the town is safe" said Evelyn , a moment later she smiled at Kassandra and Rose and then faded away into the light behind her , "let us leave the asylum and go to our parents house" said Kassandra.
A short walk later...
Kassandra and Rose had arrived at their parents house and were sitting in the living room , "so did you discover who was behind the murder's?" asked their mother Talia , "yes I am intrigued to know who killed those people" said their father Daniel. "It was the ghost of Edward Grey the brother of one of the town's founder's" said Rose , "Edward is gone and he will never come back , we vanquished him" said Kassandra , "I am sure you worked well together" said Daniel.
"It seems Rose and I are a good team" said Kassandra as she smiled at Rose and their parents , a moment later there was a knock at the door , "I shall get that" said Talia as she got up. Talia opened the door and there in front of her stood Altair , "please come inside Altair" said Talia , he walked inside at sat down beside Kassandra and said "so did I miss anything" , Kassandra and Rose laughed a little and placed their hands on his shoulders.
"I shall take that as a yes" said Altair as Kassandra and Rose smiled at him , "we just solved the murder's that have been happening here in Trinity Hale" said Kassandra , "yes it was dangerous but a little fun" said Rose , Altair sighed a shook his head a little and said "I always miss the fun". Kassandra , Rose and their parents laughed as there was another knock on the door , "I shall answer the door" said Altair , as he opened the door he groaned a little as an arrow hit him and impaled his heart.
Altair fell onto the ground and burst into dust , "ALTAIR!!" shouted Kassandra , a hail of arrows hit the house trapped Kassandra and her family inside. Talia peeked out of the window and saw a group of people firing their crossbows , "oh no they have found us.." said Talia , "who has?" Asked Rose , "the hunter's from where I came from in Romania" said Talia , suddenly the house caught fire and began to burn , "we need to get out of this place" said Kassandra as her parents quickly stuffed their belongings into their suitcases.
Kassandra and her family went down into the basement as the house started to collapse , they walked through a secret passage beneath their house and fled quietly. The hunter's stood there and watched as the house burned and fell down "there is not a chance they survived that" said the leader , a few hours later the hunter's were searching the charred remains of Talia and Daniel's home , they are dead" said the leader of the hunter's as he walked away from the rubble.
Meanwhile at the far side of the town Kassandra and Rose had reached their home , they told their parents to wait for them at the harbour while they quickly packed their belongings. A short time later Kassandra and Rose had packed everything they could and ran from the house and headed towards the harbour , a few minutes later they had arrived at the harbour and joined their parents , they sneaked on board a ship that was heading towards France and hid themselves in the storage room.
"That was to close , the hunter's nearly got us" said Daniel as the ship bobbed up and down over the rough waves , "they killed Altair..." said Kassandra as Rose and their parents sat beside her and comforted her.
One month later in Paris , France...
Kassandra and her family had settled into their new home in a part of Paris called Montmartre , "look sister , the newspaper says there is a monster prowling the streets of Paris!" Said Kassandra. "Then we should investigate as a family!" Said Rose , "then let us go and seek the monster out" said Talia and Daniel , Kassandra and her family all held hands and then Kassandra said "beware monster! , me and my family are coming for you!".
