Okies, I know I have said many times on chat room that I do nothing to keep fit, but that's not entirely true. I am not an addicted to gym or nothing of the sort, but all my junk food, which I eat very rarely, I make it healthy when I have it, but mostly I do keep a healthy diet.

So my mornings start with a healthy breakfast, and if you wanna lose some weight and you happen to have the ingredients below at home or can easily get them on the nearest supermarket, then it won't be hard to make any of them :p

Banana or Avocado shake

First thing I do in the morning is to prepare a fruit shake, it doesn't really have to be just banana, you can mix it up, a very good one for you to make is banana, papaya and apple add some cereal (grains) such as oat and done you already have half of your meal right there. The avocado shake I make only with avocado, milk, brown sugar and oat, avocado contains a lot of components that help you increase your levels of energy and it keeps you hunger free for hours!

Tapioca

In many countries abroad tapioca is used to make puddings among other things. Here in Brazil we also have that but the main usage of tapioca is to make something we can call a tapioca pancake. You can find Tapioca flour in big supermarkets that have the ethnic food sections, I know that there's a company in the US that makes it and sells it (http://www.ustapiocas.com/) so it's esier for you to find.

Tapioca is the easiest and fastest thing to make, especially if you buy the hydrated one. It takes minutes only and it's a great replacement of bread. yes evil bread that keeps you form having a true flat stomach :p

When you buy the hydrated tapioca make sure you sift the tapioca flour on the frying pan before you start making it.

No need to add oil to the frying pan, just make sure it's not in a very high temperature or else it might burn :p

You can use pretty much anything as a filling, butter, cheese, eggs, ham, chicken etc... I use butter cause it's healthier than margarine because it contians natural fats.

After both Tapioca and shake are done, enjoy your breakfast! In time you'll notice your body changing and you wil feel healthier :)

Just don't think that food is magic lol you need to mive your body too :p
