Epic Legend
Dark clouds gathered in the sky and blocked out the moonlight
Rain started to fall as thunder rumbled and lightning flashed amongst the clouds
A woman named Priya walked through the streets
Priya walked onwards towards the cemetery as the storm grew worse
Moments later she had arrived at the cemetery and stood by a grave
Raindrops dripped off her hood as she kneeled and placed a flower there
Priya stood up and remained silent as the storm continued
Suddenly Priya had a feeling she was being watched
She looked around and saw nothing but graves and statues
Moments later she walked onwards as the rain fell harder and the thunder rumbled louder
Priya couldn't escape the feeling that she was being watched
She turned around and thought she saw a shadow move
"I'm just imagining things" thought Priya as she turned around and walked onwards
She walked into a dimly lit alley and suddenly the lights flickered
Priya heard a sound and quickly turned around and saw a statue of an angel...
"Was that statue there before" she thought to herself as she stared at it
As Priya blinked the statue had moved a little closer towards her
"Did that statue just move closer" she wondered
She dismissed the idea and walked onwards as lightning flashed around her
Suddenly Priya heard another noise and turned around
The statue had vanished , she looked ahead but saw nothing
Priya turned around and there it was , the statue stood right in front of her
She stepped backwards slowly as fear started to take over
Priya blinked once again and the statue moved closer
"That statue definitely moved" she thought as she looked at it's face
Priya quickly turned around and began to run fast but not fast enough
The statue reached out and grabbed her by the arm tightly
As Priya shed a tear her heart beat faster and she blinked one final time
As she blinked the lightning flashed and she suddenly found herself in a dark place
Priya stood in the darkness all alone until she saw the statue appear in front of her
She ran through the darkness in every direction but ended up back where she started
"Help me...." whimpered Priya as the statue came closer as her back was turned
The statue reached out it's arm , it's hand almost touching her shoulder
Suddenly Priya awoken and found herself at home in her bed
"It was just a nightmare" she said and breathed a sign of relief
Priya closed her eyes amd fell asleep as the rain hit the window
Meanwhile outside...there stood the angel statue....
It watched her through the window as it stood on her balcony...
As the lightning flashed the statue vanished into the darkness from where it came...
