As a man emerged from the shadows red electrical energy and black smoke swirled and crackled around him , the man's eyes glowed red as he moved ever closer towards Odysseus and his men. Odysseus and his men talked to each other and then suddenly the man spoke "silence mortals" said the man as he held his sceptre firmly , "it's Hades" said Odysseus's men as they moved back a little as they tried not to show fear , Odysseus stood his ground and said , "what brings you here"...
"I'm looking for my woman , her name is Persephone" , "I need you to find her" said Hades , "what do we get in return for assisting you" said Odysseus , "whatever you wish but decide now" said Hades. "Very well, we will go and find Persephone" said Odysseus , Hades vanished into the darkness and suddenly the torches lit themselves , Odysseus and his men left the temple and walked across the hills and through the fields until they reached a meadow full of multicoloured flowers , they walked through the meadow as the light shone bright and a gentle breeze surrounded them.
Suddenly Odysseus and his men heard singing in the distance somewhere amongst the flowers and then suddenly followed by a screeching sound , Odysseus and his crew ran through the meadow of flowers and saw a harpie flying towards a woman. Odysseus and his men drew their weapons and surrounded the woman as more harpies began to appear , "are you Persephone" asked Odysseus , "yes I am Persephone" said the woman , "Hades asked us to find you" said Odysseus , the harpies flew down and attacked Odysseus and his men , their sharp claws scraping against their shields.
Their harpies continued to attack Odysseus and his men as they protected Persephone..
