The sunlight shone bright in the clear sky as the clear blue Aegean sea shimmered in the light below , a man called Odysseus and his faithful crew sailed through the waves as birds flew above and small colourful fish swam below the waves through the reef. Odysseus and his crew sailed towards a mysterious island that was shown to him in his dreams before he started his journey.
Suddenly clouds came over and the wind grew strong , the waves became rougher and clashed against the ship's hull , "come on men row harder" shouted Odysseus as he looked to the front of the ship. His crew rowed harder and faster through the waves , thunder started to rumble loudly as the steered the ship , suddenly Odysseus shouted, "land ahead" , the storm grew stronger as they sailed towards land.
The island ahead of them was surrounded by a thick mist and large pointed rocks , "turn left around the rocks" shouted Odysseus , his crew followed his orders and steered towards the left. They were lucky as the just missed the large pointed rocks , they sailed ahead then suddenly they were surrounded by the thick mist and couldn't see ahead of them.
Nevertheless they sailed forwards slowly and then suddenly the ship stopped , the ship was stuck on the reef but fortunately they could see the beach several metres away. Odysseus and his crew climbed off the boat and pushed it forward off the reef and then pulled the anchor down , Odysseus and his crew walked through the water and onto the beach , they drew their swords and spears and held their shields , "ok men let us see what's on this mysterious island" said Odysseus as he and his crew started to walk across the beach and towards the dark pine forest...
