Then next morning Odysseus and Athena woke up to find the blizzard had stopped , they left the place they were staying at behind and walked through the snow , as they continued to walk through the snow they heard a loud sound ahead of them just beyond the mountain pass. They left the mountains and found themselves in a field , Odysseus and Athena heard the sound again even louder than before and then saw a group of men standing there next to a gryphon , the gryphon had thick chains around its ankles and neck.
"Hey , let that gryphon go now" shouted Odysseus , the men stood there and laughed then drew their swords and charged towards Odysseus and Athena , Odysseus and Athena grabbed the men's swords with their bare hands and shattered them. The men with a look of fear and disbelief on their faces , one of the men threw a punch towards Athena then suddenly Odysseus grabbed the man's fist before it touched her , "you dare to lay your hand on a woman...a goddess.." said Odysseus.
Odysseus crushed the man's hand and punched him in the gut sending him through the air slamming against a large jagged rock , the man lay on the jagged rock with a sharp pointed end of the rock sticking through his chest , the other men pulled out their daggers and charged towards Odysseus and Athena. Just as the men were about to stab them Odysseus and Athena unleashed almighty blasts of electrical energy and vaporised the men , Odysseus shook his head and said , "some people never learn do they" , Athena nodded in agreement as they walked up to the gryphon and shattered the thick heavy chains into pieces.
"You're free now" said Athena to the gryphon , the gryphon bowed to Athena to thank her and then launched itself into the air and flew high into the sky and vanished amongst the clouds. Odysseus and Athena walked onwards through the fields until they reached a town by the coast , they walked through the streets and down to the harbour and used their powers to summon a ship , they climbed aboard the ship and set sail towards their next destination as the sun started to set beyond the horizon...
