As Odysseus fell through the sky Athena unleashed a massive energy blast and fired it towards the manticore , the energy blast hit the manticore making it roar , the manticore lost control and started falling through the sky as Pegasus flew faster. Pegasus flew under Odysseus and caught him just before he could crash into the ground , Athena sighed in relief as Pegasus flew down towards her then landed , Odysseus climbed off Pegasus and watched as the manticore crashed into the ground, Athena started to build up more energy as the manticore slowly got up off the ground.
The manticore charged towards them then Odysseus ran forward holding his divine sword and attacked , Odysseus's sword collided with the manticore's razor sharp claws as Athena and Pegasus watched. Odysseus thrust his sword forward and landed a blow on the manticore hitting it's wing , suddenly Athena fired a barrage of red and gold energy blasts hitting the manticore again and again, Odysseus ran towards Pegasus and climbed on his back, Pegasus launched into the air and flew through the fog at high speed around the manticore as Odysseus slashed and thrust his sword at the manticore landing multiple blows.
Athena kept firing energy blasts at the manticore as Odysseus cut it's body again and again, Pegasus flew higher up into the sky then suddenly the manticore launched itself into the sky. Odysseus jumped off Pegasus's back and fell through the sky then landed on the manticore's back , the manticore tried to shake Odysseus off but failed , Odysseus held onto the manticore with one hand then thrust his sword through it's body , the manticore roared as Odysseus's sword impaled it's flesh then started falling through the sky , Pegasus flew alongside them then Odyssey jumped onto Pegasus's back in mid air then flew down through the sky and landed.
The manticore crashed into the ground, it's golden blood dripping from it's wound , Odysseus climbed off Pegasus and walked towards the manticore then thrust his sword straight through it's heart killing it. He slowly withdrew his sword and watched as the manticore's body burned , the manticore's body turned into ash as the fog covering the town disappeared and the eclipse started to fade , moments later the eclipse had ended and the sun shone brightly over Thessaloniki, "well done dear Odysseus" said Athena as Odysseus walked over to her and smiled.
