Chat Info Moving Back to OLD User Interface

Yes, we are well aware of this situation. Last day we moved to our new UI ( https://www.chatzozo.com/forum/threads/new-u-i-user-interface-release.1283/ ) and expected everything should be working. But, NO. We found more new bugs which are related to chat security and user options.

1. Private Message notification should be working, but it failed to execute it when we receive private messages.

2. Created more rooms, but MAIN room was listed on room list for users, not the other rooms.

3. When users are logged out, the names should disappear from the name list. But it stayed very long.

4. Old/Previous messages keep loading, it's not good for the database storage to store all those message information.

5. User email id is exposed in console logs for everyone and not a good sign for user privacy.

6. more to go, lol,...

Yeah, i knew, You may have this question in your head. >>> If the chat is not yet completed, why did you move to new UI.

Answer: all these bugs are only appearing in our production site, but never appeared in our local developer side/ developing period. So we taking it down and moving back to old UI. All these new bugs are gonna take few more days to fix. Our ESTIMATE time frame is 1-2 week. We will release our new UI again, once we fix all these bugs.

Sorry folks, be patience. Now you knew, that we working for sure right? ... We will make zozo a better place.
 
Thank you Z for informing us all, and please dear chat users, we always do our best to give you a great and FREE chat site where you come and have fun, meet people. @Administrator has been working nonstop to create a platform safe to us all. @Aphrodite and myself were there during the testing and most of the bugs we noticed only showed when it was released and never during the developing process like Zeus said himself. So bare with us in time, we are always working to give you the best.

So clear your cache and cookies and you'll be back at the previous format.
 
Is it possible to have a beta chat room where some users will test the stuff before its released to everyone? We can have a few people who are willing to test and see if things work as expected, which might help in saving the downtime for update or rollback.
 
@snuggy you think they test? alone lol.. this kind of test are done in realtime with real people who have a different idea. If we miss something, some smart chatters will get the bug and then we fix it.
