December 23rd..
I found myself on another mission deep in the jungle on the other side of the world, a land filled with deadly creatures, snakes, tarantula's, crocodiles and plenty of other animals. I hunted my target through the jungle making sure to 2tch my step, I didn't want to step on anything especially something poisonous, massive tarantula's almost the size of my head crawled amongst the weed's.
Venomous snakes slithered around in the tree's as I walked silently and as swiftly as I could, the darkness within me continued to grow over the recent week's. As I hunted my target I began to wonder if I was doing well at her new home but I guess I'd never know, I followed my target for a little while until they reached a shack in the middle of the jungle, a strange place for a shack I thought but nevertheless I decided to investigate.
I watched from amongst the shadows and exotic plants as my target entered the shack, I moved swiftly through the shadows and picked up a black skinned snake which I knew was deadly and then moved a little closer to the shack. I waited patiently for my target to come out and after a short time that's exactly what happened, I threw the black snake at my target and watched.
My target frantically tried to stop the deadly snake from biting him, as he defended himself from the snake I drew my sword and then leapt out from behind the exotic plants and the shadows. The man threw the snake into bushes and then I thrust my sword through his neck and up through his mouth, blood splattered and gushed across the walls of the shack and onto my robes.
I removed my sword from the man and stood there in silence for a moment, seconds later I thrust my hidden blade into the man's heart to confirm the kill and then stepped back. A pool of blood spread out across the ground around the body, I looked down at the man's lifeless body as I stood there in my black blood soaked robes, I felt the darkness within me burning as blood dripped from my sword.
December 24th, 23:15 pm..
I had returned home to my beloved Athena and talked about my latest mission, she looked at me a little strangely for some reason, I think she sensed the darkness within me. Athena took my hand and then kissed me deeply, her soft plump lips pressing against mine, then suddenly my body burned as light energy surged through me, it must've been Athena's kiss purging the darkness within me before it could completely take over me.
However I have a naturally dark and cold nature already that could not be changed, but there is also light and warmth buried deep inside me and locked away. Athena told me that I should rest a little and I decided to get some sleep, after I had fallen asleep I began to dream about a place far far away, there was a small house in the dark woods, in the dream I was just an observer watching everything.
Then I saw her, K had emerged from the house and she walked through the dark woods towards the swamp, I tossed and turned as the dream grew darker with each passing moment. K was not alone..., a beast was stalking her, I could not see clearly enough to see what the creature was, it's body covered in black fur, it's eyes a blood red colour and it's fangs razor sharp.
It continued to stalk her through the swamp deep inside the woods and then suddenly it scratched it's razor sharp claws against a large stone creating sparks. A few seconds later the creature let out a loud howl and then I recognised it, it was a werewolf!, K turned around and took out her silver dagger and then suddenly I awoke from the dream to find Athena laying beside me.
I asked Athena to tell me where she left K, she asked why like she was trying to deflect the question but I continued to ask her. Athena said nothing refusing to tell me, I confronted her and asked Athena if she had left K at her new home in the dark woods, Athena looked at me almost in surprise and asked me how I knew that, I told her about my dream and that K may be in danger.
I asked Athena to take me there and help me save K but she refused, she didn't want K anywhere near me but I couldn't just leave her if she's in danger. I pleaded with Athena to help until finally she had finally agreed, seconds later Athena and I found ourselves in the woods and moved quickly towards the swamp, after a few minutes we arrived at the swamp and we saw K battling the werewolf.
The werewolf knocked K down into the wet mud and then growled loudly and sharpened it's claws against a stone, Athena unleashed an energy blast and it hit the werewolf in the back. The werewolf stumbled a little and then turned around and came running towards Athena, I leapt in front of Athena and then thrust my shining silver sword straight through the werewolfs abdomen and then twisted the blade.
Moments later the werewolf fell to it's knees and it's body burst into a pile of bones, K climbed out of the mud and then saw me Athena standing in front of her. "It's you!" Said K in surprise as she looked at me, I asked K what she was doing here in the dark woods as she walked towards me, a few moments later K had told me everything that had happened after I had last seen her.
I turned around and looked at Athena as she avoided eye contact, a moment later Athena told me everything, she had left K here in the dark woods, her "nice new home" ash she called it. I became angry and gripped my sword firmly as I moved a little closer towards Athena, then I told Athena that I forgave her for what she did to K, I knew why she did what she did to K, she didn't want to lose me.
Athena was never going to lose me, she is my beautiful goddess of war I loved her more than anything, a short time later I took K's hand and Athena transported us back to my old home.
