As Rose reached out to the door handle the door swung itself open , "hmm I was not expecting that" thought Rose as she slowly walked inside Evelyn Grey's old house. A moment later the door shut itself and then suddenly the dark figure appeared before her , the dark figure stood there in silence as it flickered , "hello , my name is Rose , what is your name?" She said , the dark figure wailed a little then it began to speak , "get...out...not safe...here.." it said.
"I am sure I have seen that face before" thought Rose as she stood there and tried to remember where she had seen the face before , a few moments later she remembered. "It is you , I remember your face from a sketch I saw in a book I read at the library , you are Sarah Croft!" Said Rose , the dark figure wailed again and said "yes...I am...Sarah Croft..one of the three founders of Trinity Hale" , "why have you been trying to scare me away from Evelyn Grey's and Lily Grey's houses" said Rose.
"I have been....trying to..warn you" said Sarah , "warn me about what?" Asked Rose , "Lily...is dangerous , she practices the occult like her ancestor Evelyn Grey" said Sarah. "Hmm ok , Lily told me Evelyn Grey's sister also disappeared , but when I talked to the woman at the harbour she told me Evelyn never had a sister" said Rose , "that...is...true , Evelyn did not have a sister" said Sarah , "why would Lily lie about having a sister?" Asked Rose.
"Lily is...hiding something...a secret" said Sarah , "what secret?" Asked Rose , "Lily is hiding a...family secret...Evelyn Grey did not have a sister but she did have a brother" said Sarah. "A brother?! , what happened to him?" Asked Rose , "there were several murder's in Trinity Hale shortly before Evelyn disappeared , when Evelyn disappeared the murder's had stopped and her brother vanished" said Sarah , "hmm interesting , do you know what happened to Evelyn's brother?" Asked Rose.
"I cannot help you...but I can tell you one last thing..." Said Sarah , "and what is that?" Asked Rose , "Evelyn Grey's brother was deeply disturbed , he liked to eat insects & rats and he also liked to do experiments on them...he also talked to himself , he is mad" said Sarah. "Thank you for your help Sarah" said Rose , the ghost of Sarah Croft flickered and then vanished in front of her , "hmm where shall I go from here" thought Rose as she walked out of Evelyn Grey's old house.
"Sarah said Evelyn's brother was deeply disturbed hmm , I think I should ask more questions" thought Rose , a few moments later Rose walked away and passed the church and walked through the streets. She talked to few people and asked them questions but they did not answer , "hmm the townsfolk seem nervous about something" thought Rose , she continued to walk onwards and bumped into the blacksmith , "oh I am sorry miss , I did not see you there" said the blacksmith.
"Maybe you can assist me , my name is Rose" she said , "my name is Tom , what can I assist you with?" He said , "do you know if there is an asylum here in Trinity Hale?" Asked Rose. Tom became silent for a moment and pointed towards the south side of the town and said "yes...the Trinity Hale asylum is at the edge of the south part of this town" said Tom , Rose looked in the direction that Tom was pointing at and thought to herself for a moment.
"Trinity Hale asylum was abandoned in 1789" said Tom , Rose thanked him and continued onwards towards the south part of the town and headed towards Trinity Hale asylum.
Meanwhile in the alleyway beside the blacksmiths , Lily Grey was hiding amongst the shadows and watched as Rose walked towards the asylum , "Rose has got to close , she must be stopped..." Thought Lily as she began to follow rose to Trinity Hale asylum...
