Epic Legend
As Rose and James entered Katherine Drake's old house they noticed a strange smell , "ugh what is that awful smell?!" Said James , Rose looked around and pointed towards the corner of the living room. "Look over there , there are some dead rats and a cat" she said , a moment later Rose and James rushed outside into the fresh air , "bloody hell , that smelled! , I shall have to get someone to clean the place" Said James.
"The cat must have gotten trapped in there a while ago" said Rose , after a few moments Rose and James walked towards the next house , "this is Sarah Croft's old house" said James. "Hopefully there is nothing dead inside there as well" said Rose , a moment later Rose and James went inside Sarah Croft's old house and began to look around , "hmm there does not seem to be anything unusual here" thought Rose as James showed her around.
Fifteen minutes later...
Rose and James finished looking around Sarah Croft's old house and walked outside , "one more house left" said James as they walked a little further down the street. A minute later they were standing outside the last house , James looked at the house and became uneasy and said "I am sorry , I have to get back home now" said James as he walked away as fast as he could , "hmm strange , it seemed like he was afraid of this house" thought Rose.
A few moments later Rose opened the door and entered Evelyn Grey's old house , she looked around and saw a few cobwebs and little dust then suddenly she felt strange and became dizzy. "What is...happen..ing.." said Rose as the door shut itself , she heard a voice and then a second later Rose passed out and fell to the floor , six hour's later Rose began to regain consciousness and held her head , "ugh , what happened" she said.
She slowly stood up and looked out of the window , "it is dark outside , I must have been unconscious for hours" she thought , Rose walked towards the door then grabbed the handle. She tried to open the door but it was sealed shut , "it is no use the door is stuck" thought Rose as the moonlight shone through the windows , she began to look around the house and noticed a few of the books on the shelf looked clean , "hmm these books have been moved recently" she thought.
Suddenly the books flew off the shelf and the door handle rattled , the strange occurrences did not scare her and she stood her ground , a moment later she heard a scratching sound behind her. She slowly turned around and saw a message carved into the wall that said "GET OUT" , a few seconds later a chair moved across the floor by itself and collided against Rose , she fell into the chair as it continued to move across the floor and then the door suddenly opened itself.
The chair moved towards the door fast and then tipped itself over throwing Rose outside , a moment later the chair moved itself back inside and the door slammed itself shut. "What just happened?!" thought Rose as she stood up and brushed the dust off her dress , "it seems like something did not want me inside Evelyn Grey's old house" said Rose as she backed away and looked at the old house , "no wonder James left so quickly" thought Rose.
A moment later as Rose looked at the old house she thought she saw someone in the room upstairs , she blinked then looked again and said , "I must be seeing things , I should get home and rest" thought Rose. A moment later Rose walked away and passed by the church and through the streets towards her home , a few minutes later she had arrived at her house and went inside , "I shall drink something before bed" said Rose as she talked to herself.
She grabbed a bottle of cow's blood from the shelf and drank some , "ah that tasted good" thought Rose and then placed the bottle on the table. Rose left the kitchen and walked upstairs to her bedroom and then lay on her bed , she closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep as an owl was sitting on a tree branch hooting , several hours later as Rose slept a dark figure appeared in her room and stood at the bottom of her bed , the dark figure flickered several times then wailed.
Rose woke up and then saw the dark figure standing there and then suddenly it vanished , "what was that.." she thought as the sun slowly began to rise. A few hours later Rose had left her house and walked through the streets and passed the church as she headed towards the founder's houses once more , she stood there and stared at Evelyn Grey's old house and then looked around , a moment later she saw a woman acting strangely and followed her.
Rose followed the woman until she reached an old house by the harbour , she confronted the woman and asked her if she was ok , "can I help you miss?" Asked Rose. "I saw you looking at Evelyn Grey's old house , I know one or two things about her" said the woman , a few moments later Rose followed the woman into her home and sat down beside the fireplace...
