Hello and good evening everyone. I agree falling asleep is a major issue these days. The major reason is exposure to mobile phones , tablets and digital gadgets. All of them emit blue light which hampers the circadian rhythm of a human being. Switch of your devices , try to sleep with minimal light around. If the problem is acute sleeping tablets are not the solution , listen to music , specially soothing ones. Take a walk outside amongst nature , breathe fresh air in the morning. Well sorry I did not wanna sound like a teacher but since I have worked with wellness companies hence I shared. Cheers!!!!
