How Do You Tell Someone The Truth If You’re No Longer Alive?

Bunny Boy

I joined Zozo the same way most people do…
Just to pass time. ⏳

Random chats.
Random jokes.
Random strangers.
Nothing serious.

For weeks it was exactly that — short conversations that started and ended quickly.

Then one night I received a message from someone whose username I had seen many times before.

Her first message was simple.
“Why are you always so quiet in the chat room?”
I replied with something sarcastic.
At first the conversation was normal.
Where are you from?
What do you do?
Why are you awake this late?
But somehow that conversation didn’t stop.
10 minutes turned into an hour.
An hour turned into three.

Suddenly it was 3 AM and neither of us wanted to say goodnight.
After that night something changed.
We started talking almost every night.

Sometimes about serious things.
Sometimes about stupid things.
Sometimes just teasing each other

Slowly the conversations became more personal.
More honest.
More important.

I started checking Zozo just to see if she was online.
And when she was… my mood instantly improved.
One night she said something unexpected.
“Do you realize we talk more than most people in real life?”
I joked and said,

“Maybe that’s because we’re strangers.” ‍♂️
She replied:
“Maybe that’s why it’s easier.”
After that night the flirting started.

Not obvious… just small playful comments
But both of us knew something was changing.
One night she asked me something.

“Do you ever think about what it would be like if we met in real life?”
I paused before replying.
Because the truth was…
I had already imagined that moment more than once.
Then I asked her something.
“Would you actually want that?”
Her answer came slowly.
“I think I would.” ❤️
From that moment everything felt different.
Two strangers behind screens had somehow started to care about each other.
Then one evening I told her I had to go out.
“Don’t disappear for too long,” she joked.
“I won’t,” I replied.
I’ll be back tomorrow.”

That was the last message she ever received from me.

The next day I never logged in.
Or the day after.
Or the week after that.
At first she probably thought I was busy.
Then maybe she thought I got bored.
Maybe she thought I was talking to someone else.
Maybe she thought everything I said was a lie.
Maybe she thought I cheated her feelings.
But the truth is something she will probably never know.

That night… on my way home…
there was an accident.
And I never made it back.

Sometimes I wonder about something strange.
Somewhere out there, she might still be thinking I just disappeared.
That I stopped caring.
That I lied.
But the truth is…
I never stopped caring.
I just never got the chance to come back online.

And that makes me wonder something.
If something like this really happened…
If someone disappeared from your life without explanation…
And the truth was that they never meant to leave…
How could you ever let that person know?
Is it even possible?

Or would they spend the rest of their life believing you simply walked away?

What do you think?
If you were in this situation…
how would you let the other person know the truth?
Let me know your ideas.

I don't know buddy✨

This is such a beautiful but heartbreaking reminder of how real a connection can be, even through a screen. If I were in that situation, I’d like to believe that souls can feel the truth even when the messages stop. Maybe she’d eventually feel a sense of peace, knowing that the person who made her so happy would never have just walked away by choice. Some bonds are too honest to be forgotten…….♥️✨

Nothing is here forever. Everything changes. At some point, we must let go of and let the Universe handle everything

That’s actually a beautiful way to look at it.

Maybe some connections go beyond messages and screens.

Maybe when two people genuinely care about each other, the truth somehow reaches them… even without words.

I like that idea. It makes the story feel a little less sad. ❤️

You might be right.

Sometimes life moves in ways we can’t control, and all we can do is accept it.

But I still wonder about the people left behind… the ones who never got the explanation.

Maybe the hardest part isn’t leaving… it’s knowing someone might think you chose too

This touched my heart in a very quiet way…

Sometimes we misunderstand silence as someone leaving, but this reminds me that not every absence is a choice. Some people never get the chance to come back, even if they really wanted to. If I were in that place, I don’t think there’s any way to explain it… maybe only the memories, the care, and the honesty we shared would speak for us.I just hope that somewhere, she felt that it was real… and that she was never forgotten.

Stories like this make me want to value people a little more, and never take even small connections for granted

Thank you for sharing something so deep and
human. ❤️Bunny

Most people judge without knowing )

Thank you for sharing that… your words really made me pause for a moment.

You’re right, sometimes silence is misunderstood as someone leaving or not caring, when in reality life can change things in ways we never expect.

And what you said about being afraid to get close to people… I understand that feeling too. Sometimes we avoid connections not because we don’t feel them, but because we’re afraid of the pain that might come later.

But I also feel that even small connections, even short conversations, can still be meaningful. They leave memories that stay with us longer than we realize.

Your perspective was really honest and thoughtful. I’m glad you shared it here kuttyy. ❤️

That was really nice to read… the way it was understood felt very genuine .....
Sometimes it’s not easy to put such thoughts into words, but this was expressed really well.

It’s nice how even simple conversations can feel meaningful.
Thanks for sharing it so kindly Bunny Babu
