I believe, the change should start when there is a sincere need for a change. And this New Year resolution is set because it is a tradition not that we need a change. Usually there will be a motivation or a sincere wish for setting the resolution. If we are setting this resolution for a sake of tradition... It may or may not work... So am not taking any resolution this New Year.
