Epic Legend
After a few days travelling Hercules and Odysseus found themselves in the middle of nowhere , they were lost in the darkest of forests as they walked onwards. The owls hooted and the trees creaked as the moonlight seeped through the thick leaves , Hercules and Odysseus walked a little further and found a sign pointing in two directions , "hmm where shall we go now" said Hercules , "why is there a sign here so deep in a forest?" Said Odysseus.
Hercules looked at Odysseus and said "you think it's a trap?" Asked Hercules , Odysseus nodded his head and then walked straight ahead instead of following the directions on the sign. After walking for what felt like hours Hercules and Odysseus stopped and sat down on the grass , suddenly the ground began to shake and columns of fire appeared in around them , moments later a large man in heavy battle armour stood in front of them.
"Kneel before your god!" Said the man arrogantly , "ugh not you , what're you doing here Ares" said Hercules , Ares sighed in disappointment when he saw Hercules and Odysseus. "Oh it's you two , I thought I had found some lost souls to torture" grumbled Ares , a burst of blue light flashed in front of them and Hermes appeared beside Ares , "what are you doing here Hermes?" Asked Ares , "making sure you're not causing trouble" said Hermes.
"Oh be quiet Hermes , you're always trying to ruin my fun" said Ares , Hermes grabbed Ares battle axe and began to run around impersonating him. "YOU DARE INSULT ME LITTLE MAN!" Shouted Ares , Hermes laughed as Hercules and Odysseus watched them , "are they always like this?" Asked Odysseus , "Hermes is always making fun of a few of the god's" said Hercules , Ares thrust his fist through the air and punched Hermes in the jaw.
Hermes flew through mid air and into I tree cracking it , Hermes gripped the battle axe and threw it at Ares , the battle axe headed through the air straight towards Ares head. Ares swiftly stepped aside and caught the battle axe in mid air , "nice try little man" said Ares as he began to charge towards Hermes as fast as he could , Hermes launched himself into the sky almost as fast as lightning , "you can't catch me!" Said Hermes and then laughed.
Ares raged and launched himself into the sky , Ares and Hermes flew through the sky and traded punches with one another , "Hercules and Odysseus stood up and ran through the dark forest to watch them. Several minutes later Hercules and Odysseus found themselves outside the forest and saw Ares and Hermes grappling each other high in the sky , "look Hercules we made it out of the forest" said Odysseus , "yes but I think we're still lost" said Hercules.
Moments later Ares and Hermes punched each other hard at the same time , they fell through the sky and crashed into the ground , the impact created a small crater on both sides of the field beside Hercules and Odysseus. Ares and Hermes ran towards each other and collided sending a shockwave through the area , suddenly thunder rumbled amongst the clouds and a lightning bolt tore through the sky and smashed into the ground , "ENOUGH!!" Said a loud booming voice from the sky.
Ares and Hermes stopped and stood still as they looked up at the sky "GET BACK TO MOUNT OLYMPUS NOW!!" shouted Zeus , Ares and Hermes sighed and said "Zeus always ruins our fun". Ares and Hermes reluctantly returned to Mount Olympus as Hercules and Odysseus stood there , "father we are lost , please assist us" said Hercules , moments later a bright white light appeared in front of Hercules and Odysseus , then as the light faded they saw Pegasus standing there sniffing the grass and flower's.
"Hercules my son , Pegasus will take you wherever you need to go" said Zeus , Hercules thanked Zeus and moments later he and Odysseus climbed atop Pegasus. They held in tight as Pegasus launched into the sky as fast as lightning , "let's see where our friend Pegasus takes us" said Odysseus as he and Hercules held on as Pegasus flew through the clear blue sky.
